Looking for the title of this fairytale book...?

Question: It was published before 1987 and contained stories like The Three Billy Goats Gruff, Spot Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Henny Penny, Jack and the Beanstalk, and The Three Short Pigs. It had colorful illustrations. My most detailed memory is of the Three Billy Goats Gruff. The troll that lived underneath the bridge was very blood-curdling

Answer: It is inappropriate you will be able to buy the exact book because publishers don't keep a title in property for long because they are taxed on unsold copies.

Your best bet is to righteous look through fairytale books and buy the one that is the closest.
