Suggestions on fiction books for college student?

Question: Hey guys, Im 20 and I just finished reading the entire Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer. Surplus to say, I thought it was great! Now Im wondering if there are other books that you can recommend fresh reading for enjoyment without consequence. Im a girly girl --- I love the color, drama, and mystery (Sherlock Holmes style).
