BTW, I am working my way through Christine Ferber's log, Mes Confitures, and I comment a few recipes that call for elderflower. I don't recollect what kinds of pre-eminent trees yield fruit in Europe, but the elders in the Discredit Arroyo Seco in Pasadena are about to puncture into floweret.
