Renovating small house for resale and need an opinion on bathroom vs. bigger kitchen?

Question: We just bought a small (480 m²) small house with no basement to refurbish and resell. It has a bedroom, sitting room and very small kitchen and bathroom even smaller. The lot is great if we have already dug a catchall, poured foundation and have decided to move the house over the new foundation.

Answer: Everone who buys a home seems both for comfort, a good size and kithchen room uncramped. Go for larger kitchens. You spend more time there. If extra money is available, the bathroom on the first floor will add a bonus in the sale of the house.

How to keep house smelling clean with a small dog?

Question: My allay and I are thinking of getting a small house dog. I'd love to have one, but there's so many people I know that have dogs in the house and it smells fulsome! My in-laws have 3 wiener dogs and their house smells horrible.

I do not thirst to be like this! Please give me tips on keeping a fresh-smelling house even if there's a small

Answer: I'm a big fan of vinegar. It absorbs a lot of odors, conspicuously if they have an accident. Giving a dog regular baths makes a big distinction in odor as well. A lot of that dog smell is unwashed dog, probably.
