Does Home Depot or Lowes cut tiles?

Question: i will be laying tile o whip my bathroom and I wonder if HomeDepot or Lowes do the cutting of tiles. I did roam the purchase of the wet saw. I will need to cut tiles for corners and things like that. Thank you.

Answer: Yes, some of them. Reasonable return to the tile section and ask. I know that my local Lowe's does. They enjoined by brick I think. I personally recommend renting or buying a wetsaw a wetsaw inexpensive. You can buy one for about $ 50-75 if you buy a cheap.

Have you ever used "Carpet Tiles" from somewhere like Lowes? Rather than rugs or wall-to-wall?

Question: I am in dire require of carpeting in our upstairs. We have what used to be beige but we also have kids and pets. The separator-to-wall up there is over 14 years old.

To save money, I was looking at Lowes and saw they have carpet tiles. Are these equivalent to bathroom tiles, only carpet? Don't seams show or squares come unfasten?

Answer: A lot of commercial buildings you go into have carpet tiles. They are cheaper when it comes to doing a interval job instead of replacement of the entire carpet. Sometimes seams will show if you are not thorough in the install! I have never seen them come loose.
